Harrison Graydon

About Harrison Graydon

Attorney Harrison Graydon focuses on criminal appeals and post-conviction relief, representing clients throughout Pennsylvania in both direct appeals and Post-Conviction Relief Act (PCRA) proceedings. He has argued several cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and regularly represents clients in PCRA proceedings in the Courts of Common Pleas throughout western Pennsylvania. With an understanding of appellate procedure and post-conviction litigation, Harrison is committed to helping clients challenge unjust convictions and sentences with diligence, precision, and persistence.

Harrison earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2021, graduating cum laude. While at Duquesne Law, Harrison developed a strong foundation in legal research and writing that informs his appellate advocacy today, and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit as part of his participation in the law school’s Federal Litigation Clinic. Harrison received a B.A. in International Studies from Miami University in 2018, graduating magna cum laude, and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa upon graduation.

Harrison is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
